One WordPress website per plan. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled; cancel before your next renewal. Included editing time resets monthly and does not roll over. Hosting, domain fees, premium licenses, new features, redesigns, and pre-existing repairs are separate. Support hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Pacific, excluding holidays. Response times are acknowledgment targets, not resolution guarantees.

We review your site and access before care begins. For now, request your preferred plan by email; online subscription checkout is being connected.

New clients: a one-time onboarding fee of $150–$300 covers the initial audit, security hardening, backup setup, and migration to our monitoring tools. It is waived when SERVKH built your website.

Work beyond the included hours is billed at $75 per hour, agreed before it starts. Annual plans are billed once a year and include roughly two months free.
