3. Service Agreement and Payment Terms

All projects begin with a detailed scope of work that outlines deliverables, timelines, and costs. Changes to the original scope may result in additional charges.
3.2 Payment Schedule
- 50% deposit required to begin work
- Remaining balance due upon project completion
- Monthly services require payment in advance
- Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge
- Online Credit Card fee 4%
3.3 Refund Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Refunds for completed work are not available
- Monthly service cancellations require 30 days written notice
4. Client Responsibilities

- Client is responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and materials
- Client warrants that all provided materials do not infringe on third-party rights
- Client is responsible for obtaining proper licenses for any copyrighted materials
4.2 Feedback and Approval
- Client agrees to provide timely feedback and approvals
- Delays in client response may affect project timelines
- Final approval must be provided in writing
4.3 Domain and Hosting
- Client is responsible for domain registration and hosting arrangements
- We can provide recommendations but are not responsible for third-party services
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Ownership
- Upon full payment, client owns the final website design and custom code
- Client receives a license to use any third-party components
- We retain the right to use general techniques and knowledge gained
5.2 Portfolio Usage
- We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio
- We may use project details as case studies with client’s permission
6. Website Maintenance and Support
6.1 Warranty Period
- 30 days of free support for bug fixes on delivered websites
- Does not cover content updates, new features, or hosting issues
- Warranty void if client modifies code or uses unauthorized plugins
6.2 Ongoing Maintenance
- Optional maintenance packages are available for ongoing support
- Third-party plugin/theme updates are the client’s responsibility unless under a maintenance agreement
7. SEO and Marketing Services
7.1 No Guarantees
- We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings
- SEO results vary based on competition and algorithm changes
- Marketing results depend on various factors beyond our control
7.2 Best Practices
- All SEO work follows current search engine guidelines
- Marketing campaigns use ethical, white-hat techniques only
8. Limitation of Liability

- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
- We are not responsible for lost profits or indirect damages

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.
10. Termination

- Either party may terminate a project with written notice
- Client remains responsible for payment of completed work
- Unfinished work and materials remain our property until paid
10.2 Ongoing Services
- Monthly services may be terminated with 30 days written notice
- No refunds for partial months of service
11. Confidentiality
We agree to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose sensitive business information to third parties without written consent.
12. Dispute Resolution

12.2 Dispute Process
- Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation
